We already have a good relationship with MYCO as they have looked after us in New Zealand for several years. They had the ability to provide rapid deployment with technologically advanced software that gives us an advantage over our competitors.

MYCO knows the livestock agency business inside out, their software met our business requirements and they were willing to run with some pretty tough timeframes on delivery.

We are currently running sales through the SaleG8 system and find it very user friendly. Visually, it is easy to follow, if you are familiar with the ‘New', ‘Open' and ‘Save' icons it becomes even easier and the Menus are very self explanatory.

The speed of inputting, creating and processing sales is very quick, we are talking about seconds to process and that's vital in any company, so the speed is more than acceptable.

The procedures Andrew has given me to set up our parameters were easily understood for someone coming in new and very good for a teaching tool and guidance.

As far as working with Andrew, I have found him very accommodating and nothing is ever a problem for him. He's the sort of it guy who comes down to grass roots level and understands customer's requirements.

Overall I have found this a very exciting software project. I'm coming into work each day looking forward to what is ahead of me... Everything has fallen into place and anything that has tripped us up has been easily fixed.

I find Myco really good.

The other software products aren’t much cheaper, it’s terrible but I think you get what you pay for. MYCO is a lot easier to use and I like the way the client services staff members always respond so quickly and just this support was a critical factor for us. I find it really good.

I did want something that was quick, the laser cheques is just fantastic; manually writing cheques was SO time consuming. Because we are a small business we have to be efficient and I wanted to spend my time doing business management not just the book keeping and it is clear that MYCO gives us the flexibility to focus on the important stuff!
