MYCO supports its clients with comprehensive personal Support Partnerships.

A Support Partnership provides software upgrades, downloaded from the internet and telephone support, online & up to date software documentation.

MYCO employs four dedicated Client Services staff. These people are backed up by a team of programmers who are available to assist if required.

Our Support Services Supremos are based in Canberra, Adelaide SA and Roma QLD . As our client base grows, so too will our Support staff.

Each client has their own Super Supporter, whose job is to know about your business operation, your office set up, your staff's capabilities and help support them with efficient use of the MYCO software.

This service is covered by a Support Partnership Agreement, with clients paying a quarterly up front fee, levied as a percentage of your licensed software value.

From this fee, MYCO funds not only its support staff but significant R&D to build improved software applications that will take you and your MYCO software into the future.

Holiday Helper

Are you afraid to take holidays because the work required before and after the holiday period is so stressful? Are there competent staffs available to take over when you take holidays? Have you amassed weeks of holidays and don't know when you will take them? Holiday Helpers is a service now available from MYCO for Stock and Station agents.

While you go on holiday we will send a competent operator to fill your shoes.

This operator knows all about MYCO and more about running an livestock agent than two of you put together. She will look at your procedures before you go away and take the reins while you are away. And you won't come back to mountains of work, or worse still, mistakes and problems! You might even find the place is tidier than before you left!
