MYCO supports its clients with comprehensive personal Support Partnerships.
A Support Partnership provides software upgrades, downloaded from the internet and telephone support, online & up to date software documentation.
MYCO employs four dedicated Client Services staff. These people are backed up by a team of programmers who are available to assist if required.
Our Support Services Supremos are based in Canberra, Adelaide SA and Roma QLD . As our client base grows, so too will our Support staff.
Each client has their own Super Supporter, whose job is to know about your business operation, your office set up, your staff's capabilities and help support them with efficient use of the MYCO software.
This service is covered by a Support Partnership Agreement, with clients paying a quarterly up front fee, levied as a percentage of your licensed software value.
From this fee, MYCO funds not only its support staff but significant R&D to build improved software applications that will take you and your MYCO software into the future.
