Process multiple payments types at the sale and produce an automatic bank deposit slip! Get up to the minute statistics on gross sales and payments any time during the sale and detailed reports after the sale.

Accounting for your Clearing Sales has never been easier now it's integrated with your MYCO Livestock Management System. Load the sale back into the main computer on return to your office. With all the same standard controls and screens learning is easy.

The system is designed to take the stress from administering Clearing Sales, especially the handling of buyers and payments. Its been designed to improve your business management and professional image.

Sale Design Flexibility

Using Parameters you define the sale; date, location, main vendor default, vendor commission, General Ledger codes for commission, sales, banking and advertising. Specify if you want to use short name entry and have passed in lots printed on the account sale?

Setting fees and charges is flexible, they can be accumulated against each lot or all lots, against the buyer or vendor, or only sold lots. A default description can be entered to print out on the invoices and account sales or overridden!

Advertising Charging is Easy

Advertising costs are set against the vendors and automatically pro rata based on the value of what has been sold.

Fast Sale Day Entry

You use a client code to accumulate all the cash purchasers, you can use buyer registration or use pre-existing client details. You can run pre-lotted sales, including lot number, description and reserve prices. All you do is add price and buyer on sale day. It produces a pre-sale catalogue. Or enter the data directly off the auctioneer's sheet which it prints out. If a lot isn't sold there's no need to enter it. Caters for several different vendors plus areas for comment. Calculates GST. Set GST to default for each item or override with exclusive, inclusive or none.

Quick Buyer Rego

Allows for buyer numbering. Buyer information can be entered and edited at any time, before, during & after the sale. Using buyer numbering, passed in lots accumulate against a zero buyer. Save heaps of time if the buyer is a current client. Buyer registration includes an identification field and payment type. Allows charge to client's account or you can set up a new client account. You can have temporary buyers.

Multiple Choice Pay

Handle purchasers who bid, pay and bid again for lots. Copes with different payment methods, cash, cheque or multiple cheques and does different payment methods for one buyer, say cash and cheque. Tricky! As payment is received an invoice is printed including all the necessary GST details. Process vendor payments at the office after essential checks have been performed.

Painless Banking

As payments are entered, they automatically generate a bank deposit slip to verify against cash and cheques. At the office, download the banking file to be processed to your main accounting system. No extra data entry. Copes with refunds.

Processing the Sale

Connect the notebook to the network and copy sale back to the office network. Check vendor details and automatically apply advertising charges. Print office copies of invoices, cheques, account sales, and conduct sale archiving.

Hardware Requirements

You will need a laptop with Windows (95, 98, 2000), a floppy disk, CD Rom & Internet connection or preferably a network card and cable connections compatible with the network in your office plus PC Anywhere.
