Download the latest MYCO Builds
To download the latest version of the MYCO System (Build Level Update)
complete the information below and then click on the Submit
button. Fields indicated with * are required. Please
print this page to learn about downloading and applying a build update.
To view the list of the latest modifications you need to click on the pdf
file for the relevant build you are downloading (eg P879a Modification
Instructions).

Click on 'Click here to download Build level Pxxxx
day month year'. Make a note of the build number as it will change each time
you go to download.

At the File Download box, click on 'Save this program to disc'. Click OK
|
|

Click on the 'Save In' field and select
C:\ (single user) or M:\ (networks).
|
|

Open the folder Liv7.upd NOT Liv7.10p
|
|

Check the file name is buildlvl.exe. Click Save.
|
|

If you are asked to overwrite files answer YES.
|
|

When the download has finished disconnect from the
internet.
|
|

Open Windows Explorer.
|
|
9.
|
Open the folder Liv7.upd (in c:\ (for single users)
or m:\ (for networks).
|
|

Check the date on the buldlvl.exe file and make sure it is the one
you have just downloaded
|
|

Double click on the file (buildlvl.exe).
|
|

Click OK to the MYCO Build Extract.
|
|

If you are asked to overwrite files answer YES to all.
|
|
Make sure that no-one is in the MYCO System and that there are no unprocessed
journals in the system (on any workstation) - ie; Banking, Draw Cheques, Sundry
Invoices, Bulk Journals, Enter Journals, Ledger Journals. (unprocessed Livestock
Sales are okay).

Open MYCO Manager.
|
|

Click on Apply Build Level (only if all user have signed
off the MYCO system).
|
|

|
Answer YES to 'Authorised User' and OK to 'All users
signed off' message.
|
|

|
Enter disk drive or path, type in c:\liv7.upd (or m:\
liv7.upd for networks).
|
Build will be applied, check that it is the same number as the build number
you wrote down. If not you may have to download again, or search for the latest
buildlvl.exe file - call MYCO for assistance.
Do not continue working in MYCO if the build level is not the same as the one
you downloaded.
Networks please note
If you are on a network you will be prompted Automatically update workstations etc.
Click YES. Ensure that there are no unprocessed journals etc, click OK.
When each user logs back into the MYCO system their workstations will be
automatically updated.
